Terms and Conditions of Carriage with Thames Taxis Ltd
By making a taxi booking with us, you confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions of use.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not proceed with your booking.

You agree;

To make full payment for any Taxi/Shuttle service you take.

Booking for private hire/shuttles/group trips require pre-payment.

To treat our drivers with respect and not to cause damage to the vehicle or engage in unlawful, threatening, abusive behaviour or activity. Our drivers reserve the right to not provide service if not treated with respect.

You will be charged for any damage to the service vehicle caused by you.

Soilage fee applies from a minimum charge of $250.
